At The Honey Thief, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality honey and a satisfying shopping experience. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below to understand our commitment to handling returns and refunds efficiently.
1. Refunds for Out of Stock Items
We do our best to keep our stock updated. However, if you place an order for an item that is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and process a full refund to your original payment method. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
2. Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or have received a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us at hello@thehoneythief.com.au within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that crystallisation in our honey indicates its unheated, authentic nature. If your honey crystalises, place it in hot water until it becomes liquid.
Conditions for Returns
- Change of mind: For a return to be eligible, the product must be in its original, unopened condition. If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged in transit: We take great care to package your honey. We only use glass jars and if the product arrives damaged, we will replace the product – we will ask you to cover shipping expenses.
- Refund method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
